Despite the fact the we received the award notice just days before the contract start date, we were able to fill all of the positions on time.

Our system for managing remote projects, which is based on efficient communication and coordinating efforts, allowed us to maintain a 100% fill-rate with no unexcused absences. Our client satisfaction for this project was very high because we maintained a 0% turnover rate for the duration of the contract.

Wisestaff’s “bottom to top” management methodology is a key factor in our technical and staffing performance of contract requirements. Our overall management approach is based on integrated management industry best practices as well as our collective experiences in serving the Federal Government on highly relevant contracts.  We emphasize open lines of communication and timely proactive responsive access to all levels of the customer organization, through:

  • Providing a single point of contact for all matters pertaining to distant contracts.  Wisestaff’s Program Manager has the delegated authority to make decisions, which contributes to the flexibility and timeliness of performance.  This allows corporate personnel to receive rapid feedback and respond efficiently to requirements.
  • Proactively addressing issues and performing functions that may arise relating to the basic contract and potential task orders under the basic contract; advising and assisting customers, providing and reporting information, and attending meetings and conferences.

All of Wisestaff’s assigned employees on similar contracts respond to the direction of the assigned Program Manager, regardless of location.  This process requires routinely recalibrating the responsibility for corporate employee management, employee fringe benefits (including administration and accounting), overhead functions (finance, timekeeping, payroll, billing, accounting, legal affairs, etc.), and human resources responsibilities.
